Minced Garlic

Mum will like to have this in her kitchen => Minced Garlic

When I first saw this option 3 mths ago… I acted cool and told myself I no need it…. fresh garlic better….  but somehow, lazy and forgetful guy like me which hardly cook either forget to buy fresh garlic or discover it already turned into “garlic without fresh” when I want to cook… 

Now I have a bottle “all ready garlic” at home waiting to use…. it cost me less than $2 but my concern is the size of this cut garlic a bit too small, will not able to see them in the vegetable after fried. Minus point in presentation.
