Sushi Sponge

This funny looked piece of bite call Sushi Sponge.

Introduced to me by Mrs T on weekend when we sat down for tea break after a long walked in city malls. She said “Nice and Special”

I casted a doubt look at her choice of foods because …. Sushi Sponge ? My god, the bakery shop abuse the word Sushi with this funny thing !!!

Since this funny things is mean for light bite, so they come with 3 small pieces in each pack. The white layer roll taste like pau or bread and the main attraction was on the chicken fross filling.

Do do I like this roll thing ? OK lar…. no reason for me to dislike it. Something different.
