Salmon as Main Dish

Brought this 2 pieces of salmon fillet from supermarket on Sunday afternoon. Always stared at this raw fish on cold storage display in the past but never bring back one until now.

Put one piece into oven and let it there for almost 40mins….. had to open the oven door a few times because I worry it will turn into African Salmon again if I over bake it.

It turn out to be almost presentable when I stop the baking…

Had it with rice. It taste great. Especially like the both end area where it were a little bit burned….. love the crispiness and flavour of burned.

The only negative comment from me is a little too salty…. Disappointed smile I felt like having Kiam Hu at certain point.
