Sambal time

This is the sambal ikan bilis (anchovies chilli paste) made by me today. Look not too bad right ?


You do not need to even ask me am I chop chop cut cut those basic ingredients for the sambal AS I will not do so.

This is my convenience way of making the dish….  


hehehehe… as usual.. the pre-cooked pack was the solution.

However, I do need to put up with the fried anchovies smell and the strong sambal which still stick to the wall of the apartment after the cooking…. it will last a few days… yeeeeeeeeeeeeee
