Home cooked Pasta

This was my Sunday lunch. I forget when was the last time I cook a pasta at home ? mmmm….3 to 4 yrs ago !?

Pasta

It took me 1 hr to cooked this Vermicelli Pasta….  I will not tell you the story on how I did my cooking because it full of wrong procedures.

For example, I forget to add salt into the vermicelli when boiled. I also over estimated the pasta and the end result was the vermicelli enough for 2 persons. I die die also finished 80% of it, the rest go into bin… hehehehe….

Honestly it don’t taste superb. I will grade it as consume-able for human being…. need to do more practise before qualify serve this this dish to others. Provided got demand for it lar… kakakaka

Sui teach u how to cook yummy pasta. I hv tried them 6 times.

Use ready bottled tomato/mushroom/garlic paste. 1 person eat, use 1/4 bottle. Add water 1/4 serving too. (means if u use 1/2 bottle, water 1/2 serving too)

1. Heat up yr pan with olive oil,add the ready paste with serving of water together, then add 1 pc of cheese. It will melt as u stir fry in high heat. Add yr fresh chicken dices or mince pork or prawns or pork/beef balls/shitake mushroom/button mushrooms. Stir fry still cook. Sprinkle bottled basil leaves on it.

2. Use separate cooking pot, add water with pinch of salt & normal cooking oil. Bring to a boil. (salt in water assist in quickly boiling).

3. Scoop up spaghetti or pasta on a plate.

4. Pour the cooked ingredient over it & mix it well. Serve & eat.

(for me, we r cheese lovers, 1 pc for 1 person eat. 2 pcs for 2 persons eat, etc.)

u can use juz cheese, picnic ham, canned button mushroom & brocoli as ingredients with cooked with ready paste.
(cut picnic ham into small pieces)

These ingredients will shorten yr cooking time....Sui

the brocoli can boil together with the spaghetti/pasta. So it can retain its fresh greenish color...Sui
