Omelette Tom Yam Fried Rice

Is this an Omelette or Fried Rice ?

Decided to dinner at Pin Kee store tonight. Reluctant to have my ordinary order so seach for something odd... saw Omelette TomYam Fried Rice on the menu....mmmm.... no harm to try.

When the lady boss served me above plate of dinner.... I stared at her and asked her => Where is my white rice ?
Her answer was => This is all you have for your order.

Now... take a closer look at above photo .... can you see that the cook cleverly mix the egg with rice together ? The TomYam souce taste make the serving unique. It is not something I will love to dead but I like the way the present the rice. Anyone of you come across this way of fried before ?

The lady boss asked me to promote her store when I took photo of my fried rice.... ok ok... since she so buddy with me... no harm to put up her outlet logo here .....
