I observe this flat for a few days and finally saw the person stay inside…. mmm… a senior non-asian man….. he don’t look like really care about this ONLEY sign because thru shape of this plate is very much seasoned. Could be up there for a few years.
Just as I thought he is kind of Salah…. wait…. I have another much more Salah photo to show…. it is from the apartment directly opposite above apartment. My attempt to take photo fail so far because the owner always around.
