Last night did an experience oven cooking…. let me story you long long about this cute experience of mine.
First => Put fresh slice of Chicken into a plastic bag.
Than pour the pack of powder inside the plastic bag
Made a knot at the opening of the plastic and shake shake the meat with powder till they are evenly mix…..
NEXT…. this one interesting….. PUT this well mix plastic bag into 180C heat up oven. Leave it inside for 40-50 mins.
When I first saw the advertisement on TV.. I was kind of wordless.. 
but i guess this type of plastic special made for oven application. After 50mins…. this was the result of my chicken ! Don’t worry, the plastic bag never melt 
Smell good when I cut open the wrapping…. juicy too…. 
Not bad for my first attempt… believe I need to practise another few times before I could manage a perfect result.
Oh ya…. my cooking result suppose to be look like the above display photo

ooh..i love honey BBQ sauce! End result looks like the HK zi bao kai le. Sui.. Then i am the healthy conscious type---will plastic in high heat produces some xxx names of chemicals which is bad 4 our body?
i dont think this design got hazard.... else it will not b in the market right ?
