Beautiful Tulip

Saw this beautiful tulip at the front desk of a hotel.....

White color... so pure...... the receptionist told me these plants (got soil and root under the wrapping) mean for sales.
A$ 25/plants.... what do you think ?

Question : The flower got smell or not ?
Anybody know the answer ?
