Celery is one of the less expensive vege I can get in market
BUT I can't have it raw like
Ang Mor. I am looking for a way to fried it or microwave it.
If you know a cooking formula for celery, please to share with me ok ? Must be simple way lar... i don't do chef cooking oh !

For me, the stems r used with carrots,potatoes, red dates to boil soup.
The leafy part easy lor. When u fry pork or chicken or fish, serve as garnishing lor.

if u malas, juz stir fry with garlic & some oyster sauce. rajin sikit, add fresh prawns. lagi rajin, fry together with cauliflower, green & red pepper. happy stir frying......
wow.. as i expected, got respond oh... received 3 email on how to cook celery... my sis n some friends too shy to review their recipes here... hehehehe
We hardly cook the celery as the children don't eat this type of vege. What we did was we juice them together with other fruits for them to drink!! :)
