Flowers Bed

It is not difficult to bump into a nice bed of flowers next to street shoulder in residential area like below.

Usually it is the effort of the owner of the house just directly in front of it. The one in this pictures just neat and pretty enough to enhance the street.

I said so because certain people plant big flower until it turn into a bush and cover the walk way. That is ugly and lot of complains will go to the local council.
