Baking Paper

I don’t know that baking paper is such a necessary tool when come to use OVEN for cooking until this week.

I bought above roll and try it out. WOW… awesome… the paper don’t burn under the high temperature (of cause it don’t burn lar… but still the old man here cannot puzzle out how come paper don’t burn under high heat ????)

By having this paper on tray… from now onward no more scrapping like crazy after each oiling oven task……. oh… I love Baking Paper innovator… so clever !
