Turkish Roti

I am getting more and more adventuress these day… instead of having normal white bread or wholemeal bread… now I am going after Turkish Bread

I hope it taste good…. but still wonder what to the best way to enjoy this type of roti (bread)   I reckon it will be salah way which is the best way…
