Stir Fried Sambal Prawn

Time to show you what I did to the fresh prawn I bought on yesterday afternoon.



Look like a lump of black sauce right ? hehehe... actually is chilly red lar..... ai yo... had it for dinner.... so Boleh taste.... so satisfied by the hot and spicy feeling. Tougue burned a bit but worth the suffer.....

As usual, I used the convenience pre-pack sauce (show below)

Sambal Udang... Since i am not into Petai and vege that much, I just fried the sauce with my prawn. Can do lor.... the only negative comment is the gravy a little bit too sweet... else PREFECT !

Am going to have another round of spicy meal tonight... the left behind portion lor....
mmmm... now think about it... wonder am I going to feel the hot burning feeling when I answer my long distance call ?
