SiChuan Lunch

Lunch time, wondering at Chinatown on what to eat ?
Pushed aside the thought of fastfood or SEA dishes.... time to have something different.

When I saw this food store with ShiChuan printed on it menu, I decided to give it a try.
Just before I placed my order, I made a doubt checked with the waitress => Where Your cooks came from?
Her replied was => from PandaLand.

Okay, let'st try and I picked fried noodle with pork.


ah...... here come my noodle. Layers of thin cut pork belly (lucky the fat not thick thick type)  Since deep fried so kind of crispy. One good thing, lot of fresh vege but kind of oily (must be the oil very cheap hehehe)

SiChuan meal promise to be spicy and the cook not stingy with the chilli. Overall not bad.

One extra moment I had was the opportunity to Yum Char. Drink Chinese tea with proper teapot...


When was the last time I have such chance ? Should be more than 6mths ago..... but I had to pay for this teapot oh.... grrrrr.... actually I asked for HOT Chinese tea... expected FOC as most restaurant tea would be FREE but unfortunatelly not this one lor.... $$ ......
