Today walked into a Chinese restaurant right next to Chinatown city centre for lunch. The reason for me to go in was I saw the chef handmade the noodle at the glass window.
So this is the name of the noodle shop (they do sell rice dishes too) and I know it operated by China guys due to the language they used.
For the price of $8.50, they guy brought to me this big bowl of pork soup noodle. I really mean BIG because I know I have no problem to immerse my entire face into the big bowl if I want to.
The noodle soft and tender. The fried pork meat taste great and to soup not to salty or sweet. Just plain nice.
Remember my regular comment about the size of serving. This is the problem I am facing now.
The first 20% of the time when I started to consume the meal…. oh… lovely. Great.
The second 40% of the time… I just continue eating because I want to fill up my stomach…
And the last 20% of my remain time is the moment I hate the most… I have to decide should I continue push those foods down my throat or just leave it behind !
As for today lunch, I left about 5% of the noodle behind and still I don’t feel like having noodle for the next 7 days… ![]()
