Burned Chicken

Can see the burned mark on my Mustard & Honey chicken ?

I put the glass bowl into microwave after empty the pre-cooked gravy to mix with the drummets. Set timer at 20mins and sat down to do email.

When the nice smell came out from microwave, I just ignore it until Ting sound than too later to reliased that only have DRIED gravy left behind…

Lucky the meat still sort and no burn taste. Finished the dish in 10min time.

One thing special about this new pre pack sauce I used today is there are these tiny tiny things I found in my bowl….

Wonder what it is but I believe it managed to enhance the taste of the cooking.
