My desire for a proper noodle dish was fulfil on yesterday afternoon when I had a nice plate of Yin Yong Fried at In 2 Noodles, South Melbourne. The very last time I had a proper Yin Yong Fried was more than 3 months ago.
Here come the photo of my very yummy noodle !
This was my second visit to In 2 Noodles. Made friend with the lady boss and the cook (Alex) after I found they also origin from BolehLand. So when I get back to the store again, I told the cook that make my noodle as close to Boleh taste as possible (else the cook usually tend to make the dish more localise flavour)
When he gave me my plate of noodle, he said he already tried his best but for sure cannot achieve 100% my expectation because no pork oil added to the wok.
I have no complain for my precious Yin Yong which cost me $11.50 (A McD Fillet o Fish is $ 4.30)…. the next time I go back, I will go for Hokkien Fried…
Pss Sui : I already told you about Alex few days ago… the guy whose I forget his name !
