Winter & Brown

People like to tell me winter in KoalaLand is not as brown as those cold countries in the movie…. True in certain points because lot of bushes along the roadside still keep their greenish leaves.
I wonder how many of us do really take note of some of the big trees which lose their leave during this cold period ?  For example, this nice big tree which look like a dead trunk now !



I can’t wait to see this tree to grow with a new layer of fresh green leaves in 2-3 months time…. How I wish that I do have the sentiment of a writer right now cause if I got such a talent, I could  wave my pen and write a deadly romantic novel about this season

Do you know the negative side of this brown scene ? Just think about the dried leaves will give you a shiver…. it accumulate at the road shoulder and door step…. mmm….. it never an easy task for the cleaner to remove these leaves.
