Friday night, not another ordinary Friday evening to me because I have a date with Mrs T……
meeting this lady mean I had to travel by train for 40mins out from my comfort zone…
meeting this woman also mean am going to have sleep over weekend.
meeting this master chief also mean I am going to put on weight.
Ready to view what she busy busy for whole day just because I hint hint her I am lack of quality home cooked dishes for too long 
Fried Eggs
This was her fried egg…. so low budget kar ? Don’t worry, this plate was for Baby T…. 
Not mean for her hungry guest. I got one egg though and I enjoy it cos it don’t taste like my home fried egg which had burned marks all over the cooked eggs.
Next come her surprise dish…. drumstick with salted fish with ginger with some yellow wine.
I know I am going to have a eating feast upon stepped into her cooking corner because my saliva started to flow even though the above dish is not fully cooked than. The ever understanding Mr T bought extra drumstick because he know I will grab his share if he don’t get more… lucky him… else dog fight at dinning table.
At the end of the section, I help Mrs T to clean her above plate from any left behind of salted fishes slices…..
Finally, time to show you guys the ever famous Mrs T well known Suin Lat Choy (Sour Spicy Soup)
This is a very complicated menu of her… I also don’t know what type of drugs she add into this soup…. the well cooked soup just taste fantastic…. a little bit hot and spicy… in between got the sweetness and sour feeling… nice salted vegetable to chew on but I put aside the pork leg because all the meat juice already in the soup.
No need to show you how much rice I ate tonight… I just need to let you know I scarped Mrs T rice cooker bottom clean … she already anticipate I am a “Rice Drum” and cooked extra for this evening
