Always thought they are so pity, in order to keep fit just have milk in the morning.
Yesterday in Coles saw this package drink on sales so check it out. Reliased than that actually this is all in one brekky drink. No need bread or ham or biscuit, just have a pack of this drink will do.
It is not oh… A$ 2.50+ a pack. I bought one and leave it in fridge now… will drink it when I lazy to eat thing in one of this coming morning.
