Today Special – Choy Sum + Mongolia Beef

Make a guess, how much I paid for this 2 bunches of Choy Sum !!!

Choy Sam Fresh

AUD$ 1.63 ea… I took 2 of this without doing my conversion task… only did my calculation after paid…. Alamak…. it is about RM10 for these Choy Sum… I remember I paid RM 2 for the same buy in Carrefour… beh tahan…. must blog about this lor.

So.. Now I have such  expensive Choy Sum… instead of cook both bunch, I only prepare one bunch to fry for tonight…. the other one save for another day lar…. Ever wonder how I did the fried task in my tiny apartment ?  Ok, let below picture do the talking… hehehehe

The location => my shower area. Cannot do it at pantry lar…. later the oil go where other than stay on the carpet right ?

No need to bother how I carried out the fried task… more important is the end result right ? Here I present to you my 1st Green Fried Choy Sum at Melbourne…..

Choy Sam Cooked

I fried it together with pepper, soya sauce and garlic…. the most basic way…. seriously, I have to tell you… it taste good… mmm.. great !

Ate white rice with Choy Sum only ? Sound sad right ?

No lar… the other main dish was as below !

Mongolia Beef

Bought a fresh slice of beef and mixed it with Mongolia sauce (it came in glass bottle) and the bowl into microwave for 12mins… a nice nice smell beef dish ready for my meal… anyone saliva drip ?

Uncle, go up the roof and cook your dish la...Remember the speaker we saw, can do a good stand leh. I'll have a look out for a stand...hehe
