We finished her hard work effort in less than 15 mins but I know she poured in her blood and sweat since lunch time to boil this pot of 100% prawn based soup without a single drop of MSG.
Tell you oh, when the soup started to boil and the steam flied out from her white kitchen window… I think I heard her Ang Mor neighbour started to shut their window and nag something like this => That Asian Char Bor started to pollute the air again… wonder what poison she making again !!!! (This part make up by me)
I saw Mrs T added in Balacan and other secret recipes into the pot…. sure smell one.
By 6pm, all the plate plate already spread on the table for us… hate this part… I kept on swallow saliva till she pity me so shout out loud => “Time for Dinner !!”

This is the super hot chilly… mmm…. wonder where she got the chilli padi from… very hot…. my tongue burned at the end of my dinner.

ah… this is one of the ingredient which made me ate 2nd round… the pork meat by her…. wonder what she did with fresh meat till no pork smell… smart woman…. (pssss… the Australian’s Du have a kind of smell…..)

Lastly the… the main ingredient of the night was her big fresh sweet crystal shine Australia Prawn. She said cannot share with me her secret formula on how to cook this prawn into the very yummy taste… but again who care… I am not going to pour in so many hours to cook this delicious HarMee like her…. hehehehehehe

Am reaching the end of my HarMee party update….. for those who want to show me they can cook better HarMee… please let me know when you going to show me your talent… I will schedule myself to visit you to verify is your dishes better than my last night deli….

fry small onions to that pic, i knw. Done it before at my mum's plc. but our normal prawn is boil & peel only. So, Mrs T's prawns is special. She must hv marinated with white pepper & sugar, then fry with garlic & oil & I wonder wat else? Can tell me? Sui
