Hokkien Noodle

Last few days I avoid eating roti (bread) when I am out to search for consumable stuff.  I tried Chicken with Fries, Japanese Teriyaki, Rice mixed vege etc. What do you think they taste like ?

Last night I did a shitty decision again. Took a train out far from city centre, there go I visit Brunwick. Thought the price will be good since it is not in the city.

The fact is WRONG… the foods price look similar at any in  corner at Melbourne (in the city or 40mins away by train) …. anything look like food for consume will be price at AUD 8-10 (drink NOT included)  BTW, I am not talking about nice nice deco eating place oh… i am referring to those small stand alone store with Ah Nei or Asian vendor.

So back to last night, for 2hrs walked on the street and cannot find anything I want to put into my mouth…. so jumped into tram heading back to city. After 1km, the tram passed by KFC, McD and suddenly a very attractive YELLOW signage rushed into my eyes sight…. NOODLE HUT ! Instantly I pressed bell to stop and jumped down from tram….. there I thought I going to have a great Asian night….

How it look ? Yummy leh…… I thought so too… hehehehehe  I PAID for AUD 9.80 for this bowl of food.

Now, my comment !!!!! Get ready as my saliva going to spray everywhere when i nag.

=> TOO big serving. I am famous as big eater cum hungry ghost. When I say the serving is BIG…. u no need to argue liao…. Can easily share by 2 persons. Please la, just sell me half of the noodle and charge me AUD 5/- will do right ?

=> SALTY. Why put so much salt in the fried ? Mr Chef,  I am very Ham Sup already… I no need you to trigger me to be more Hum Sup.

=> Where is my Dark Source … ai yo.. Hokkien noodle no dark soya source how to call Hokkien Mee ???

=> NO pork Fat too ….. shit shit… i just reliased i kena cheated… where is the Bar Yu ? hehehehehehe  no wonder i Pui Pui Pui lar…

I do found slices of pork in the noodle too… lot of it….. and last night was the first time I came so close to the SMELL subject…. hehehehe…. the Ang Mor Pig smell… yeee…. not nice to eat leh….

The only stuffs in the the noodle which made me shiok was the prawn… mmm … lot of nice nice juicy juicy prawn in it. LIKE it and picked them out one by one from the mountain of noodle.

So… too much disaster encounter with Asian foods. I decided to stop touching them for next few days… lets go back to Subway, McD and Red Roaster for now……
